Delivery Policy

Deliveries

  • All gift deliveries are completed during business hours, 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday
  • Gifts are not delivered on Weekends or Public Holidays
  • All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day
  • To ensure the freshness of our gifts any containing chocolate items will not be dispatched late in a week to ensure the integrity of the gift and delivery before the weekend
  • Ensure that the address you provide is valid and clearly indicate the recipient’s name, contact number and company name, if delivering to a workplace, during the checkout process
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • Signature upon delivery is required. Keeping this in mind the delivery point must be occupied, often we find business addresses are often most suitable
  • If delivery is unsuccessful the item will be carded to rearrange a suitable redelivery time. P For Present is not liable for any additional charges associated if the specified address is unattended or incorrect

 

Australia Wide Deliveries

  • P For Present delivers gifts Australia wide via a dedicated courier service
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 including GST per gift
  • We can also provide consolidated freight cost for multiple gift boxes. Please contact P For Present at sales@pforpresent.com.au or call 1300 886 485 to discuss possible options or to obtain a quote.

 

Delivery times

Delivery is dependent on location

  • Allow 1 – 4 business days to metro SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD
  • Deliveries to all other locations can take up to 8 business days. Some delays may occur during busy periods Christmas, Valentines, Easter

 

Hospital Deliveries

When delivering gifts to a hospital please ensure the following information is confirmed prior to ordering:

  • Contact hospital to ascertain how they receive delivery of gifts e.g. if via a reception desk or loading dock
  • Check the patient’s duration of stay in hospital to ensure they are there to receive the gift. If the patient has checked out and re-delivery is to occur all associated costs will be passed on to the sender
  • Confirm the patients full name they are checked in as, and address details of the hospital, ward / bedroom number

 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • P For Present can give the courier authority to leave (ATL) parcels if the recipient is not on premises
  • If you would like the gift to be left on premises, please indicate this in the special instructions field during the checkout process
  • The courier will determine whether it is safe to do so (porch or neighbours property if instructed)
  • If a successful delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to re-organise delivery at a more convenient time
  • Please note once our courier provider has noted a package as delivered P For Present and our couriers cannot accept responsibility or liability in the unlikely event a consignment is lost or stolen if ATL was selected.

 

Multiple Deliveries

  • The delivery charge remains at $14.95 including GST for all gifts
  • If you are placing a large corporate order with multiple gifts P For present can organise a bulk delivery to your office or your recipient’s location

Christmas / New Year Deliveries

  • Due to a high volume of orders during Christmas, it is highly advisable to order your gifts early to ensure that they in a suitable timeframe
  • P For Present is unable to guarantee delivery of any gifts between 22nd December 2015 and 02nd January 2016. If you are require a delivery during that time, please email sales@pforpresent.com.au or call us on 1300 886 485.

 

International Deliveries

P For Present is delighted to assist you in sending gifts to your client around the world. We are experienced in international shipping and can tailor a solution to suit your needs.

  • Please note many perishables and no alcohol can be sent internationally
  • International deliveries require a minimum on five business days lead time (10 business days during Christmas) to organise. This is due to the complexity of customs regulations and freight charge variations sending parcels to various locations around the world

Delivery Details - Wrong Address

  • Please note if you supply us with an incorrect address and the goods have been dispatched, P For Present does not accept responsibility
  • We will attempt to stop the delivery and redeliver the gift to the correct address
  • If a further delivery fee is required to complete the delivery, this will be charged to you
  • P For Present requires correct name, surname, street address, postcode and state at the time of order completion

 

Courier Service

P For Present uses reputable courier contractors and therefore we are not responsible for order delivery.
