Refund and Return Policy

If a gift has not been delivered please contact P For Present, please email sales@pforpresent.com.au or call us on 1300 886 485.  We will investigate the specific delivery and ensure that your order is delivered.

P For Present will not be held liable and refunds will not be given for any late deliveries outside of our delivery timelines detailed in our delivery section.

In the event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process we may request photos to better understand the damage. Rest assured we will replace the gift with a no fuss attitude. Please contact us via email sales@pforpresent.com.au or call us on 1300 886 485 to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re-sent. 

In the event that you not prefer a replacement gift or specific damaged item re-sent, we will refund the credit card or Paypal account that was used for the purchase for the value of the transaction or the value of the specific damaged item.
